Emily H. Jeffries Book two in the Fate of Glademont series! I hope to make a lot of headway during the November novel writing mad dash - NaNoWriMo. However, we have a new baby at home, so I might have to adjust my expectations regarding my productivity!
Emily H. Jeffries I think it is primarily nature that inspires me to write. I was fortunate enough to travel to southern Alaska while writing Fyrian's Fire, so much of the landscape and fauna are inspired by that region. After that, it's the desire to create a space in my imagination for adventure.
Emily H. Jeffries The idea for Fyrian's Fire came from an image of a crow's eyes peering at a young woman from the dark branches of an apple orchard. That scene eventually was cut from the book, but originally it opened the story!
