C.A. Klug Middle Earth, and I'd live like the Hobbits do.

Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?
C.A. Klug The view outside David's window looked inviting, but he couldn't leave the flat. Not even the undertaker was able to truly remove him.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
C.A. Klug Being the puppet master of my own imagination.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
C.A. Klug Write every day. Try not to get too down on yourself when it gets tough (and it WILL get tough). Oh, and if you don't already have a strong liking for some kind of caffeinated beverage, get one. And fast.

How do you get inspired to write?
C.A. Klug I'm never not inspired, to be honest. The simplest things inspire me: a whistle of the wind in the trees, something someone says, a song I've heard a thousand times, colour combinations, etc.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
C.A. Klug In math class, grade 5. I was supposed to be doing long division. Oops.

What are you currently working on?
C.A. Klug "The Sought Six" book #2 (so, read and give favourable reviews to book #1, my Goodreads pals)!

I'm also working on another middle-grade novel that combines elements of Neil Gaiman with elements of Lewis Carroll.

C.A. Klug Plenty of curling up in a corner in the fetal position. Oh, and coffee.
