Pulkit Sharma I try my best to stay calm and take a break. Walking by the beach, spending time in the nature and singing my favorite songs changes my mindset. When I feel re-energized, I write whatever comes to my mind without judging or evaluating it. This free writing makes my creative juices flow again and even before I realize, the writer’s block vanishes.

At present, I am conducting book readings, workshops and interactive sessions to take the book closer to my readers. Apart from this, I am writing some columns for newspapers and magazines on spiritual and transpersonal psychology.
Pulkit Sharma I am a practicing clinical psychologist and spiritual counsellor. Many people share their life stories of trauma, struggle, grief, triumph, peace and ecstasy with me. As I listen to these narratives, myriad thoughts, emotions and ideas come up in my mind and I wish to understand, organize and integrate them harmoniously. This gets my imagination working and I compose almost an entire piece in my head. Then, all I need to do is sit down and write or type it out.
