Nipun Varma Without doubt Hogwarts. My preference would be to work as Dumbledore's PA.
Nipun Varma My journey of finding the real me. Only challenge is I am not sure if I would get to solve the mystery when I am alive.
Nipun Varma I would love to be a full time writer, if only I could break ties with my two eternal companions- loans and mortgages.
Nipun Varma It was midnight; I was alone in the room busy chatting with HER. Suddenly I felt someone behind, when I turned, I was horrified to see
my wife watching over my chat messages.
Nipun Varma I tried to start with inventing new plots, unfamiliar situations, heavy duty characters etc, but then I realized I should write about what I am familiar with. I also felt an insider's account on the life of software engineers in India is a hitherto unexplored territory. Hence decided to write about what I have been associated with for the past 16 years.
Nipun Varma I have always been a voracious reader. Regardless of the genre, I try to read as much as possible. According to me, the desire to be a writer is a very common side-effect associated with anyone who is suffering from the reading-mania.
Nipun Varma I am now completely engaged in getting my book connected with more readers. I am yet to seriously think about what next. Once the euphoria settles down, I will definitely think about the next work. All I can say for now is the next one will also belong to the same genre- humor/satire.
Nipun Varma According to me, there is no good time or place to write. Any time is good time and write whatever that pleases you. When you write, don’t edit, or even think twice, just let it flow and have it saved. Once done, take a break and come back to what you have written after one or two days. Read it as a reader and then based on your feelings, make the necessary edits. Do this exercise again and again till there are no more changes to be made. Then show/read it to your group of close friends and get their suggestions and feedback. Based on the responses, enhance the writing and get it to the next stage.

It’s almost like completing a software project. You develop the code, give it for testing, fix the bugs, then give it for business user testing, fix the bugs and finally send it for production.

The mantra is simple- Believe in yourself and just keep going.
Nipun Varma Being a writer gives you the power to influence people through your words. It gives your life a new meaning. Instead of just living, it gives you an opportunity to enliven many lives through your words.
Nipun Varma The best way to deal with it is not to think too much about it. Take a break. Read some new books. Relax for some time. Go for a trip without thinking about writing at all. Just wait for that moment when you really feel good about yourself just for no reason. Start writing at that precise moment.
