My years of not belonging and travelling without any form of roots. I needed a space for my own healing of generational wounds that have been deeply embedded in my psyche. I am a third generational third-culture-kid and come from a long line of gypsy genes. I realised this was hindering me from committing to my best life and turned to intentional poetry to heal.
Feminine energy is a space that is allowing and that is how I have healed most - through slowing down, through letting go and through aligning with true nature again.

I have lived a thousand lives - from my upbringing into southern Africa - to where I live now in Denmark. I have been a nomad, a vagabond, a fashion designer for Britney Spears, a singular resident of a south pacific island, a Buddhist nun's student in the hills of Sri Lanka... I have the material in me that spins a thousand ideas. It's just a challenge to organise them!

I am a mother of two young children, living in a foreign country - so I love being able to spend time being with my family and learning more about the culture. I was born in Southern Africa and have lived all over the world - this is the first period of my life I am able to consolidate my experiences into my writing as well as be truly present to my children.
