R.N. Simpson It can be anything that sparks new story ideas, but the writing process for me is pretty detailed. Once my outline is done, I find my aesthetic pictures and really go over the piece of the outline I am currently on. Then it usually flows like butta!

R.N. Simpson Don't give up! Fiction or Non, it's a lot crazier than the essay writing we dealt with in grade school. The biggest hurdle is our own ego and fear of looking stupid. Look at your fears head on and say BIG WHOOP.
R.N. Simpson I've been a writer since I was 7 yrs old, but it took me 'til now to see how great of a career it is! I am definitely a solo worker, so I have full control of my book and where the plot goes.

As far as just the writing part, it's finding new ways for a character to get from point A to point B. It's super satisfying to see the plot that was in your head on the page, but it's even better to know I've written a great story and can share it!
R.N. Simpson I usually try to pre-plan writing sessions. I also put a lot of work into my outline, so it's literally all there for me if I get lost or stuck. If need be, I can work on my non-writing projects to refresh my brain or even just sleep on it!
