Last summer I spent a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking instead of writing. I brought myself full circle by starting a food blog, thus forcing me to write about what I do in the kitchen.
More recently I've been allocating fixed times to write. I combined this with a book outline and found it a lot easier to focus and write.
