I'm very lucky not to suffer from this. My main block to writing is having the time. I've heard people use all sorts of different tools to combat writer's block including; finishing their sentence half way so they can mentally pick it up straight away, going for a walk and having some thinking time away from the story, and also some people find a different place to write or have writing stints.
