C.M. Riddle I try to always start in the middle of a thought. AND, I don't fear it. I look outside or take a walk, pull some weeds, get out of my own head, and open up for something fascinating to wander in.
C.M. Riddle The best thing about being a writer for me is that it allows me to think. I am a thinker and a dreamer. Finding ways to express my experience as a mother, a priestess, a wife, a daughter, and of course, a woman liberates me. I am a walking storybook and I have got to share, to examine meanings, feelings, and motives. I love to dwell in the "why" of life and being a writer offers me the time and quite to do just that.
C.M. Riddle Well, I may not have the best advice, but I can tell anyone who wishes to write to JUST DO IT! I have never been happier than when I began to live my dream. So what if you're not great at it yet, keep going, you will be!
C.M. Riddle A comical and magical book about a family (three generations) of priestesses who live in a seaside community. I am having fun with the fact that the whole town is based upon raven lore.

I am also nearly done writing an empowering story called The House on Vineyard Road. It's about a woman who goes back through her old journals to discover who she was and who she is. She finds her power was always there, perhaps, she just lost it for a bit. We shall see.....
C.M. Riddle Honestly, there is beauty and magic all around, and when I am hit in the head by inspiration I take it to the laptop and disect it. What are all of the wonderful things that life has offered as gifts to me today?
C.M. Riddle My teenaged daughter and I went through the many struggles of anxiety levels and found unique ways to work through them. Once we were on our way through the woods, I knew I had to tell our tale.
