Joyce Addo-Atuah I would advise aspiring authors not to wait till they feel they've gotten all the contents of their book together before they start to write.
From my personal experience, I realized that once I began the writing journey, I got new material every day, because that journey made me more and more aware of everyday issues and life pertaining to thanksgiving and gratitude,
Joyce Addo-Atuah I think the best thing about being a writer is when you meet someone and he or she goes like, "I've read your book and thank you so much for addressing thanksgiving and gratitude in such breadth, I learned so much from it."

Such comments make all the effort worthwhile.

Joyce Addo-Atuah I have had the urge since 2013 to write this book of thanksgiving and gratitude but I have not had the zeal and the determination to start let alone to complete it.
I would say however that joining the Self Publishing School was a good motivator for me because I heard and read daily about other potential authors like me share their success stories through our Facebook Mastermind Community and that got me determined to share my story as well.
