My loudest character is always one whose story I'm not currently writing.
I have great love for the women in the Sandoval family, but as everyone is connected....
My favorite couple is featured in Claimed. Don't tell the others, they get cranky when I bring this up and try to distract me with outlandish stories.

Honestly my life is pretty straight forward. It's busy and nuts but no real mysteries. Most of what I write about now is dealing with past trauma more than mysteries. I have one that might qualify, but since I'm giving that to one of the characters in my series, I'm going to have to hold onto it for a little while still.

Depending on the day... today we'll go with Lynsay Sands' Atlantean Vampire series, I'd love to visit and meet all the characters.
Katie MacAllister's Dragon series would also be neat to visit :)

I don't get a lot of time or energy for reading other people's stuff anymore, I'm too immersed in my own world. Selfish, I know! I tend to stick with short distractions like the community stories in TapTales where I also post. Some are great finds, others... well, I've never walked away from a story before I started reading there.

My characters have been with me for a long time. Some days, I just listen in and write down what they share... Yes, I know that sounds crazy (my therapist says I'm not) but it's really how it works for me.

Editing Damaged and Claimed for publication. Working on Mistaken and In-Between as I need breaks from editing hell.

If the muse is working with you, WRITE IT DOWN! You might not know where that bit is going to end up, but if you ignore your muse, she tends to be less generous in the future...

I move on to another part of the story or another story altogether. The VAC Chronicles has sixteen books planned and I jump around a lot if I get stuck.
