Lisa Feder I teach Yoga and mindfulness in Yoga studios, workshops, retreats and on-site for businesses. My focus is on bringing the mindfulness you get from Yoga and meditation into your daily life, so you can be more effective at everything you do. I wanted to bring all of the workshops I do on the topic "under one roof" so I decided to put it all in a book! So many of the concepts come from challenges I have had in my life, or challenges that I see my students dealing with. I'm hopeful that in this book, everyone can find something that helps them in some way.
