I have only had writer's block in school when I was forced to write academic assignments. I dealt with that by procrastinating. Not great advice. I guess if I had writer's block now, I would move on to another idea in my writer's notebook and start with one of those stories. I am a creative writer and have many crazy dreams (probably should get that checked out) so I will most likely not run out of crazy stories.

Don't be afraid to go for it! My favorite aunt told me, "There is nothing worse than being content." I have been thinking about that since the day she said those words. I am forever grateful I keep them in my heart.

The second book for "The Regrettable and Forbidden" Series is at the editor as we speak. While that is happening, I am writing scenes for the third book in the series. I have much of the plot laid out but not quite complete. I am excited about both books.

I just love to write, there is little need to be 'inspired.' If I need to answer that, I would say having an extremely emotional happenstance leads me towards writing more than an 'average' day. The emotional writings usually are kept hidden away, rarely revised.

I usually have some type of crazy dream that starts out one of the scenes for a book. I then begin writing a draft that adds more of a plot. Many times a scene or important part of the story comes to me while I am drinking my morning coffee or washing my dishes.
