My whole life provides inspiration for my stories, especially in that the greater part of my early years, childhood to middle-age, in many respects is a mystery. I have huge holes in my memory and often wonder what parts of my 'memories' are truth and what parts are nightmare.

An RP (role-play) which, in actual fact, led to a bit of a breakdown for me. I was new to the concept of RP and had no idea how to manage the implications so the new WIP is a way for me to process the results of that unexpected emotional journey.

I travel into every fictional world I write and become each and every character so that I can write accurately for them. The worlds I write are my worlds, not only while I'm writing them but forever and I can enter them at will.

For 2021, I'm currently reading Ash Knight's 'The Gravity of Shooting Stars' and am eagerly awaiting the release of the next installments in Halo Scot's 'Rift Wars' series.
I have to admit I'm also doing a quiet re-read of Tolkien's Lord of the Rings behind the scenes, too.
