Hi Graeme! Thanks so much for reading the book and for writing. I am currently five months pregnant with our second child, so Andy and I will be sitting out the upcoming race season. A number of the dogs you all know and love will be running in in next season's races with our friends who you met in the book - Ryne, Paige and Brent - while Andy and I contend with not only a newborn, but also having a family of four in our one-room cabin! This summer we are building on an addition so all four of us aren't in the sleeping loft together.

I get inspired to write by reading great writing and by spending quiet time outside in Alaska. The landscape here and all of the wild things that live upon it can't help but be inspiring to me!
