Writing is a long process with very, very, delayed feedback and (hopefully) gratification. You need to find enjoyment in the process or some other form of inner motivation so that you can complete the project.
Beyond that, take it one day at a time. Small progress (e.g. 1 hour a day) really adds up over time.

A few options:
First, take a break (away from the computer). This allows my subconscious to mull the issue while I find enjoyment or distraction elsewhere.
Second, do some non-creative tasks (like editing) - this allows me to feel a sense of achievement without having to resolve the block.
Finally, enjoy some peer's content - this sometimes helps me find inspiration or reignite my desire.
