I've loved stories involving boarding schools ever since I read 'Tom Brown's Schooldays' as a child but it's the school in 'The Secret History' that I'd really love to visit. Just a chance to sit on the periphery of Julian Morrow's classes would be wonderful.

From travelling overseas for a few weeks last summer. But that's for later. First I've got to finish my edits on Choi part 3!

I often listen to music. I find that certain bands, music, albums can help me get ideas. However, once I'm in the world itself I switch to jazz (Bill Evans, Ryo Fukui) which doesn't have lyrics. I don't want the song's words impacting on the language of the story.

Writing things I'd like to read. What got me started was not being able to find something I wanted to read. Now I can create my own world and let the characters take it from there.
