I had been obese most of my life and morbidly obese for about 30 years. I studied and tried a number of possible solutions, then found the crucial keys to weight loss and discovered the essential foundation. Since then I have been teaching as a volunteer in my community and refining my information. The latest book is the result of that refinement.
