The main ideas come out of nowhere and take me by surprise. But, to develop them into a complete novel takes a lot of work. To do so I like to be alone, put some music on and walk around.

Captain Alzheimer was based on my grandfather, who had the disease. I helped my mom to take care of him when I was a child and I took much from him to the character (he wasn't a cop tho)
