We meet up. We eat good food and we let the ideas roll. We have no idea where the ideas come from but we always ask what if? We go the extreme with our stories until every what it is explored, then we focus on the characters. How would the what if’s impact on them? We explore the heartbreak then seek out a happy ever after and by then we have our story.

Write as much as you can as often as you can. It’s cliche but it really does help. Also HUGELY important is to connect with other authors and take there advice on board, don’t try and go it alone. Going it alone sucks!

READING especially reading an unknown author or a completely new genre to get us thinking again. We also love to use Pininterest to create mood boards for our characters to take our mind off the story and develop the characters further.
