This is a tough one. I had tons of manuscripts that I started over the span of 20 years! Once I started writing Private Betrayal, I could not stop. It took someone else to push me.

The idea for Private Betrayal was through watching the heartbreak of so many women due to cheating men. Today, sidechicks/mistresses have been placed on a pedestal and have no shame they are hurting others with their deception. Also, I wanted to look at the lens of sexual harassment. Are all the stories really real? What if.....;-)

Sharing knowledge with others. Making someone else's day a bit brighter with your work. I also love the isolation it takes to write.

Through a good friend who, after 20 years in another career, told me when I complained about losing a job. "You're a writer, so write!" It opened up a flood gate.
