What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Lulu M. Sylvian The mystery of the missing focus and motivation, a tale of runaway functionality! Lol.
Or... Why does my back hurt, and where did that bruise come from? Getting old, a horror story.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Lulu M. Sylvian I switch creative gears for a bit. Do some arts and crafts, focus on something outside of the writing world. That typically helps kick things back into place.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lulu M. Sylvian Redemption: I knew these two would be getting together the first time I introduced them back in book 2. I just wasn't sure how or when at that point. Their story grew and developed as I've been working on the series. Like, there are things that happen in this one I was not prepared to happen already, but hey, they did.

How do you get inspired to write?

Lulu M. Sylvian Inspiration comes from anywhere, anything. If I get a tickle of an idea, I play with it, and sometimes its more than a tickle, and sometimes it waits around to combine with a different idea, and then BAM a whole new concept has sprung up and it needs to be written immediately.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Lulu M. Sylvian I get to create a new book boyfriend whenever I want.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Lulu M. Sylvian The best advice is to write, and write some more. And when a new fun idea pops up, make notes, and get back to your manuscript. You can work on the distraction later.
