Alexsys Thompson Trite as it may seem. Just do it! This is one area that action is everything. Perfection is not the goal. For me the only way to conquer my apprehension was to move. I created a support group of people that see me and foster me showing up as the best version of who I am here to be.
Alexsys Thompson The feedback about the impact that my work has been a catalyst for in someones journey within. The soul connection and alignment is all there is.
Alexsys Thompson Nature is often my muse. I find a lot of inspiration in the cycles of life and the interconnectedness that exists and does not need acknowledgement.
Alexsys Thompson I have a couple of works going. All regarding Gratitude of course. Stay tuned!
Alexsys Thompson I have been writing for a long time, much more when I was younger. Life took over, 2 children to raise etc. and other than my journals I hadn't written much. Partly because I had a story that if spelling and grammar where not my strengths than I better leave it to those that it was. I am rewriting this story for myself and leveraging those talents in others as I produce my work. I have some powerful concepts to share and my gift is to make them practical and applicable.
I am inspired by so much; nature, fellow humans, communication constructs, group dynamics, my dogs....and well of course my muse!
Alexsys Thompson My personal gratitude practice has been in place for over 12 years and I continue to experience huge rewards from this practice. I have added this practice to with my executive coaching clients and I could not locate a tool that helped to facilitate HOW TO get started for someone. A blank notebook was often an overwhelming experience for people. So, I pulled out all of the journal, notebooks etc. that I had used and saw a pattern emerge. Once the pattern was in front of me the design and process moved at lighting speed. There is a quick intro and example of how one could use the journal to get you started, from there the skies the limit!
