The idea for 'Finding Amelia' came to me seven years ago when I was walking around Speke Hall in Liverpool. One particular room seemed especially gloomy and I imagined a young girl sitting by the window. I guess it all evolved from that.

I'm currently working on the third and final book in the ' beyond the dark water's series. The second is with the publishers and should be out early summer 2018
