The transfer of knowledge inspires me to write. My goal is to take important life skills and lessons and make them readily available to anyone who wants to learn.
I truly believe there are millions of us who want to learn and self-educate, but we are limited by time or cost or even sometimes fear. Inspiration comes from that core drive to help others. Nothing gets me more inspired than watching perfectly capable people who pay for 'experts' or defer to others when it would only take a few hours to learn something new.

I'm currently writing a real estate success series that takes the tremendous amount of information involved with buying, investing, owning, and selling a home and breaks it down into fun short one-hour guides. My goal is to get rid of the myth that all the legal and contract lingo is too complicated for the average person just getting into real estate.
