Just write, write what you are feeling, write what you are thinking. Study pictures and the world around you and create stories from there. Even if you think it is a bad idea or story. Take that piece of story or partial ideal and work on it.

Being able to trap my thoughts, feelings and fears on paper. Writing has always been a way to express my emotions when I felt trapped and my words didn't reach anyone's ears

I don't usually get writers block. As long as I have a quiet room words flow freely. However I can't write if there is noise and commotion around me. I need to focus for about 2 hours before I can start writing.
