Believe it or not, the idea for Beacons of Hope came from the combined readings from military manuals, and daydreaming after reading some good fantasy books.

I listen to music, read the Bible, and reallt and truely just let my mind wander. Ideas for stories will pop up everywhere. All you have to do is look. Something will come if you just let your imagination out of its box.

I am currently making the final preparations for starting book 2 in the Hope Saga. The outline is finished, and all that's left to do is start writing.

Don't let anyone tell you you can't do it, and don't be daunted by the process of it all. Don't be afraid to bring your ideas to life. Don't let writer's block get you down. And most importantly, the editing process is a long, tough road, but push through it! The end result will be more satisfying than you could ever imagine. Don't give up.

I think that the best part of being a writer is having the ability to create worlds, characters, and plotlines all your own and with your own spin. Bringing your story to life is the best part, and reaching put to others is just amazing to see.
