From my own life experience through not only myself but with friends, and family members as well. Living with a mental illness is something I feel everyone has experienced during some point in their life. Weather it is knowing someone who is dealing with this, or going through this horrible afliction themself. My goal is to reach atleast one person so they know they are not alone. This is a book full od very descriptive poems of the evreyday life of living with these diseases.
