I was talking about teaching mindfulness with a friend and she suggested I write a book. I was possessed - the idea had me more than I had the idea. And I am so moved with gratitude at the wonderful teachings I have received fro so many that I wanted to pass this on to others.

You just have to accept that the first several drafts will be garbage, but that once you've spewed that out, you can get to the gold. I like to set myself some time targets and bear down for a while. Then take a break to give yourself some needed perspective.
