Hi! I am from Mexico, but I've lived in many other places.

From one of the chapters of my last novel, "El Ojud". It really deserved to be developed as a further story.

I basically start thinking about a story until certain details start to emerge, trying to complete the full picture before I start doing the actual writing. Then comes the real work, putting things down on paper (or on screen...). Far from that romantic image of a writer working on inspiration, writing is hard, hard work.
