At the moment I am working on a numbers of books, but what it really holding my attention is my recent purchase of cozy book covers. They have inspired my stories and I am loving writing them.

Inspiration is everywhere. From the people I meet, the places I visit and the stories I hear. Lately I have been inspired by book covers and what they tell me and that usually leads me to a story.

Not very well. It can be hard to push through when the inspiration is just not there and I feel like I'll never be able to write another word again. I take a break and think about other things for a while. It doesn't help when you have deadlines to meet. But most importantly I surround myself with writer friends, either physically or online. I share my worries with them and I find their positive pick me up helps me to get back on track.

Currently I am working on my Cupcake Capers series. They are cozy mysteries based around three sisters that run a cupcake shop in the fictional town of Ashton Point.
Cosy's are fun, exciting and fast paced and I love that added element of suspense. I could never go past a good Nancy Drew story when I was growing up.

The freedom it gives me to let my imagination go wild and explore the unknown. It also allows me to create a world away from the daily trials of reality, where I can escape even for a moment.
