I lost seven loved ones including my first husband, teenage son, sisters, parents and more. My daughter, niece and husband are my only family now, and I hold onto them like gold. I wrote Grief Comfort Guide to celebrate their lives as I told their stories, to make them real and show how I coped with their deaths. When I write about grief, it is honest and raw and I offer ten suggestions that may help those grieving along with guided imagery processes to help relieve their stress which causes immune depletion in the body.

I haven't had this problem. When I start writing I just let it all out and sort it later. I'm one of those people who think best with my fingers.
