I haven't had writer's block yet - but I admit thinking about what's going to happen keeps me awake some nights. I've gotten into the habit of keeping notepads nearby so I can jot down ideas as they strike, some of which turn out to be terrible, and some of which get incorporated into the book

Don't make the same mistakes I did! I was so eager to start writing, it was only once I'd finished my novel that I realized I knew nothing about formatting or the process in general. The person who designed my cover asked me what size would the book be printed in. I answered "Paperback, whatever is standard." I knew nothing!!!
