Just write. If you don't know what to write about, start by reading. A lot of the times, I get inspired by a sentence I find in a book and it creates all these thoughts and the words of my own work just start flowing. If reading doesn't cure the writer's block, get out in the world and live. Life has a way of painting a beautiful word picture to start you off on a creative journey.

It's based off my life so far and deals with the details of my near-death experience a week after my 21st birthday and how my thyroid had everything to do with it, and what happened after recovering from my ten-days in the hospital.
