I have been writing since I started understanding my surroundings. So I would say no one actually inspired me or influenced me to write. But, when my mother discovered that I did poetry, she used to motivate me every now and then to write some more or to send some pieces to some magazines to publish. So yes, she is my encouragement and inspiration.

The best thing about being a writer, I used to think, is the ability to express yourself and your feelings, views and notions through creating fictitious situations or simply putting your thoughts down as a poem. But I believe now, that the best part is leaving your account for the readers to perceive it or shape it in their own way with the experiences they have had in their lives. Then you can just sit back and wonder how many interpretations and renditions your work may ensue and every one of them would seem just right!
