This one is pretty easy. I read.
B.M. Tolbert
Kindel 2 and A Ghost In The Night. It is a short story about the early years in Anselm's life. He is a main character in the Kindel series, and those who have read it will know that there is a lot of mystery surrounding who he really is, and where he came from. A Ghost In The Night will answer those questions, and I would recommend reading it. It may be something that is important later in the Kindel series as well. You never know....

I don't get writers block. There are times when I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open, but I can't say I've ever had writers block. When I need an idea I listen to music that is in the mood of the chapter I am writing, and something always comes to me. It may be so bad that I have to change it all, but it keeps things moving along. If I am writing an action scene I listen to energetic music. If it is a chapter about someone falling in love I listen to love songs as an example.

While I was riding in my car one day, The Story of My Life by One Direction came on the radio. As the song played, the idea for the story started running through my mind. It changed and evolved as I wrote the book of course, and I mean a lot, but that was when Kindel first came to me. In fact, many times while writing the book I would listen to that song over and over to help me come up with new ideas, or to make sure I was staying true to what I wanted the book to be.

When you think your book is done, step away from it for a few days and then edit it one more time. There is nothing more important then giving the reader your absolute best. I would also be picky in who you follow on Twitter. Many authors will follow you, but they do not buy or read your books. Try to focus on building an account that is made up of potential readers. It takes longer, but you will have a network of readers over other authors who are just trying to have a lot of followers.
