Interesting question. I never really thought about a couple before. Usually I think of Vince Flynn's Mitch Rapp or Ian Fleming's James Bond when I think of my favorite fictional characters. Of course the easy answer for favorite fictional couple would be Benjamin and Lena Bradford from 2198: A Memoir from the Second Revolution. Because they work well together, they are a great team and truly love each other and would do anything for their family and their country. When I think of them, it makes me smile. But to be fair and to think of another couple, I would have to turn to movies. Jane and Jeff Blue from "Undercover Blues" and the title characters from "Mr. and Mrs. Smith". I like characters that are honest and loyal, even to a fault. They may not be loyal to each other as with Mr. and Mrs. Smith but they are loyal to their cause. I love feisty, strong women and the men who are man enough to let them be themselves.

I am currently working on a solo novel about a young woman who gets recruited by the CIA. This is actually the first in a series of novels about strong women who sacrifice everything for their country.

I've wanted to be an author for a long time. I think what got me truly motivated was that my friends would tell me I had great stories and that I should write a book about my life. I chose to write a novel instead.
