I would say it is the sense of creation. There is something deeply satisfying about getting an idea and watching your story come to life. Giving specific personalities to each character and getting them to interact is the next best thing for me.

I've just started work on the sequel for my first book. I guess it'll a few months to finish.

I have been writing small articles on management and over time I thought I should try writing stories. The idea sort of terminated in my head for a few weeks before I wrote the first few lines.
