The best thing about being writer in your influence and connection. Writers are able to connect to people that they will never encounter. Writing can become very addictive in a very positive manner. Having the ability to create a story that will change, inspire, teach, reach, motivate and entertain those who you're writing for.

The advice I have for aspiring writers would be never stop writing. Always be writing and keeping notes about different things, people or places and even situations. Don't wait on a book deal but instead become "your own publisher." Let life experiences inspire you as you go along all the wild giving you plenty to write about. Don't try to fit in with other writers, instead find your genre niche and go for it!

When it comes to where I get my inspiration from, I would have to say everywhere. I watch news, southern music magazines, prior experience, friends experience and stories from those who have lived the life I'm writing about. Various other sources as well. So my inspiration depend on what my writing is about.
