Usually, doing other things like walking, running or yoga and, also, trying to not think about it. Once I read that Mark Twice and Agatha Christie used to go out for a walk when they experienced the writers’ block. Nothing is better than sports, I guess.

I have another profession, so I don’t devote all my time to write as I would like. Nevertheless, I have to say that I love writing and the best thing of being a writer is how exciting is to think about different ideas and stories every time. Also, it’s very exciting when you’re about to release a new one, the entire process is a sort of madness and exictment. Finally, it’s truly beautiful when someone writes an email to me and tells their opinions about one of my books. People usually say amazing things and I learn a lot of them.

I’m working in five differents books, but mainly in two of them. I expect to release one of them next monday. The title is “Viaje a la oscuridad” and it’s darker than anything I wrote ever.

Try and never give up. If you like writing, just do it and enjoy doing it. Never mind the results because it will never be good enough for you.

It depends. I think every time is different. For example, I remember one occasion that I was watching the videoclip of The Handler, a Muse’s song, and the title of two of my books came from there but I can’t explain why . I guess there isn’t a simple answer. Everything can be a kind of inspiration: the music that you are listening to, the books you’re reading, the series or movies, if you recently travelled to a special place and, of course, things that happens in daily life.
