My most recent book, Dream Lover and Other Tales, is a collection of short stories. Some of the entries have been with me for years while a few are newer to my catalog. Rather than have them parked in my computer as a series of bytes, serving no purpose whatsoever, I decided to compile them into one collection that I presented to my publisher, who approved the idea.

I can't really define the inspirations that motivate me. It's more a moment-to-moment dalliance of my time that is suddenly interrupted by a spark of an idea that I need to write down, or at least remember.

My approach has been to ignore it, or rather, not acknowledge it. In the past I discovered that the more I dwelt on it, the more intense and prolonged it became. As time past, I realized that refusing to consider it a condition made me more capable of getting past it.
