Now, this is a great question but hard to answer without giving anything away. This was my way of dealing with something that was happening to several people I cared deeply for but was unable to help them the way I wanted. No one could, for what would have helped them doesn't yet exist. I decided to create it now, for them, if only in a book.

Luckily for me it doesn't too often but if it does I find going on a hike to be to perfect way to clear my mind and breath and enjoy nature.
