Inspirations comes from things I'm curious about or topics that are close to the heart for me. My Breaking the Rules series was fictional biography about my experiences in middle school that are common to many of my readers. My purpose for writing to help readers realize they aren't alone.

I'm currently working on the second book in the Time Chasers series: Relics and Ruins. Inspiration for this story came from vacations in Mexico. Fascinated by the Mayan civilization, especially the game of Pok Ta Pok and knew I had to write about it!
