What are you currently working on?
Kerry Cue I'm thrilled to be asked a Q. I'm working on next novel in the 91 series, but I've found social media promo work sucks all the blood out of you.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Kerry Cue I've always had too much to say so it hasn't been a problem. On theother hand, I've always had an ideas file. I have scribbled down notes in cafes and kept them for 30+ years.

Kerry Cue Living multiple lives. It's the best kind of madness.

Kerry Cue Don't aim to write the GREAT novel. Aim to have a GREAT adventure in your head and write it down.

How do you get inspired to write?
Kerry Cue After 30+ years as a journalist & 20 books I was giving the kid next door advice on how to write a novel. I decided that if I was that much of a smart ass I should write one myself.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Kerry Cue Writing for The Canberra Times, SMH etc I wrote an article one Summer outlining the book plots I'd like to read over the break. Five years later I wrote one of those books.
