I get inspired a lot by reading, or anything narrative such as movies and TV. Also images. Great fantasy art like that on Magic: The Gathering cards or D&D art gets me thinking, as well as pretty much ALL of Pinterest. I love it! I use personality typing theories like Myers Briggs and the Enneagram to get ideas for characters, and when I'm really stuck for ideas, I try my trusty Tarot cards!
