Thanks! I like to challenge myself with new ideas. I'd get bored if I wrote the same thing over and over, and I love brainstorming new stories. So it comes naturally to make each book unique. :)

Hi Venessa! For the second one, I didn't have specific books in mind that the librarian recommended. And I have to be honest, I don't remember if there was a specific movie I was thinking of when I wrote that scene. I wrote this book a long time ago now, so the details of it's making aren't as fresh anymore, LOL. I might have been thinking of a real tear jerker, but more than likely, I was just imagining them watching a movie that had a teary ending.

Oh yes, in fact her story spans two books! She's the first heroine in the Bailey Brothers series, starting with Protecting You and their story finishes in book two, Fighting for Us. (And the entire Bailey Brothers series is complete). Happy reading!

Hi! It's not available in other stores in English, as for right now, my books are all in Kindle Unlimited, which requires me to be exclusive to Amazon. The German translation is different though, so I'll have to ask my German publisher if they'd like to translate that novella and publish it in German. Thanks for reaching out!

I'm not sure how long my first novel took. I worked on it off and on for a long time. By the time I published my first book, I'd been writing (and studying writing through craft books, conferences, and lots and lots of practices) for years.
