That's easy! As owner of a kitchen product review site, I saw plenty of evidence that the majority of people who are disappointed in air fryers just don't know how to use them. The market is flooded with air fryer cookbooks, but sadly only a handful of them are legitimate with quality, tested recipes. Even the best ones don't cover everything, so I decided to remedy the problem. It just so happens that my close friend Elizabeth Hickman is one of the best cooks in the entire south, and she loves her air fryer too so she was delighted to be my partner in this endeavor. Developing recipes together for The Air Fryer Bible was a tremendous amount of work, but it was also truly a labor of love, and we are very pleased to offer our readers everything they need in this one cookbook.
