Hvordane er det som norsk forfatter å gi ut engelske bøker? får du solgt de til bokhandlere osv?

Har helt ærlig ikke hundre prosent oversikt over hvem som kjøper bøkene mine da de er tilgjengelige i så mange ulike kanaler. Jeg selger i hovedsak e-bøker og har ikke bokhandlere som et primært marked. Barnebøkene selger for øvrig best i papirutgave. Men alt i alt er det helt topp å gi ut bøker på engelsk, og jeg angrer ikke en dag. :) Kanskje blir det noe på norsk etter hvert, men foreløpig trives jeg best med den modellen jeg har valgt meg. Og nå står det flere utgivelser på trappene også i 2019. :)

What are you currently working on?
Linn Tesli While the fourth book of Elemental Monarchs is in final stages of editing, I'm working on an Elemental Monarchs companion story, "Heart of Sin". This is a stand alone and can be read independently but is set in the same world. It's a story of a girl, raised to become an assassin and kill those like her --those with magic. Very excited about it. First draft is finished. :) Next I'll be working book two in Where Vikings Roam, which I started a while back. Lots of treats in store for 2019! :)

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Linn Tesli To be honest, I'm not really sure what writing block means. My head is always full of ideas and I rarely stare at a blank page for long. If I'm not sure what to begin writing I just write something. Once I get going, things usually unfolds on its own. There are times when I don't find the space to write, but that's usually health related or has to do with family stuff.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Linn Tesli The idea for the series came to me as I had just had my first child. Becoming a mother is the most magical thing that can ever happen in real life. The story started out as an attempt at my very own "story of creation", then developed from there, inspired by my fascination for indigenous peoples and history.
