I do physical activity such as a mundane chores like dishes, sweeping, or some other basic utility. I've found that doing ordinary tasks triggers my creative thought life. Walking does the same thing, but being on a farm, I'm afraid of mistaking a stick for a poisonous SNAKE and accidentally stepping on it. True story. Almost stepped on a Copperhead this way.

I consider it a form of meditation where I discover things around me that I would have missed otherwise. Being a writer is about observation.
Also, studying the craft of writing is a never ending process. There's always more to unearth and apply. I enjoy the challenge of it.

I wrote the book I needed for myself. How does one constantly improve their online presence by reading about SEO (search engine optimization), building email subscriber lists, or writing copy (marketing) language, and combine reminders for your soul?
I've been a blogger for over 6 years and I wrote the book, Social Media Strategies: Discover Powerful Tools of the Trade without Losing Your Soul, out of my own personal struggles to be online savvy while remembering I'm not a number or stastic but a person with value.
Add to that, once I became a social media manager for other people and their businesses, I seek to encourage and pass on the tools I've learned over the years. It helped me to see myself in them.
