Being a lifelong professional wrestling fan and having a fascination with the men and woman who perform, I've always had an interest in how these people live day too day, Are they like us 'normal' folk or do there lives lead a more interesting path? and from that I extrapolated the idea of writing about these travelling, tough living entertainers who work very hard on a difficult craft to make a living and the effects that the vocation might have on them and their families, and thus a tale was born.

Simple, I love stories, doesn't matter if it's an epic read, a good TV show or an anecdote from a taxi driver, it's all good, I hope people read my work and think "I can do that!" and do so, then that'll give me something new to read.
